Samar is a skilled dietitian and nutritionist with more than 6 years of experience, working in various aspects of the health field. Upon graduation, Samar started working in her private clinic in Lebanon where she counseled thousands of patients.
Her main focus was on women’s health, consulting on nutrition for pregnancy, breastfeeding and polycystic ovary syndrome along with sports nutrition. More than helping people maintain a healthy lifestyle through weight management, she has also supervised and coached numerous patients suffering from diabetes and gastrointestinal disorders. She offers a multidisciplinary approach to people’s health and diet.
Moreover, Samar loves raising awareness about health, self-love, and wellness. She believes that nutrition is developing a healthy and joyous relationship with food and your body. That’s why she managed to inspire others to be the best version of themselves and to love their bodies.
Through ongoing counseling for complex consultations, being active on social media, presenting on live radio shows, she always gave cool and useful tips. She always assesses and communicates with her patients to create a cohesive plan for improving their wellness.
